TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern use of the Warrior's Edge Coaching LLC website and participation in coaching services. They are current company policy and have not been reviewed or approved by an attorney.

1. BUSINESS AND ELIGIBILITY

Warrior's Edge Coaching LLC provides virtual personal-development and accountability coaching for adults age 18 and older. By purchasing or participating, you confirm that you can enter into an agreement.

2. COACHING SCOPE

The Next Mission Intensive is faith-informed personal-development coaching designed to clarify priorities, define one primary mission, build practical standards and systems, confront obstacles, and execute with accountability. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, crisis intervention, legal advice, financial advice, business consulting, or a done-for-you service. Warrior's Edge does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions and does not guarantee a particular result.

3. PROGRAM SERVICES

The Next Mission Intensive is a 30-day virtual coaching program beginning with the first paid coaching session. It includes four weekly 60-minute one-on-one sessions, assessment and mission clarification, practical structure and standards, accountability and support between sessions, progress reviews, action-oriented adjustments, and a final continuation plan.

4. ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT

Enrollment requires completion of the fit process, acceptance of the current coaching agreement, and payment of the $2,000 one-time fee before coaching begins. Payment is processed by Stripe. Warrior's Edge does not offer an in-house subscription or installment plan. Any financing displayed by Stripe is governed by the provider's separate terms.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Coaching is collaborative. Clients are responsible for honest participation, attendance, decisions, actions, follow-through, and seeking qualified professional care when appropriate. Missed assignments or limited participation do not extend the program or create a right to a refund.

6. SCHEDULING, ATTENDANCE, AND START DATE

At least 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule a session. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session except for an approved emergency or a legally required exception. If a client misses the scheduled first paid session without sufficient notice or an approved exception, that session is forfeited and the 30-day period begins. Sessions canceled by Warrior's Edge will be rescheduled without additional cost.

7. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND PAUSES

A client may reschedule the program start date once without penalty. Additional pre-start cancellation requests are reviewed individually. Once the intensive begins, fees are nonrefundable for voluntary withdrawal, missed sessions, incomplete assignments, nonparticipation, or a change of mind, except as required by law or the coaching agreement. A serious emergency may qualify for an individually reviewed coaching pause with no predetermined maximum duration. Legal remedies, including for services Warrior's Edge fails to provide, remain protected.

8. COMMUNICATION BOUNDARIES

Between-session communication is for coaching-related questions, accountability, and support. It is not real-time, unlimited, on-call, emergency, or crisis access. Response expectations and planned unavailability are addressed in the coaching agreement.

9. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Warrior's Edge uses reasonable care to protect client information but cannot promise absolute security. Coaching communications are not psychotherapy records and may not have the same legal privilege or privacy protections as licensed therapy. Information may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to address an immediate safety concern.

10. EMERGENCIES

Warrior's Edge does not provide crisis services. In an emergency or mental-health crisis, call 911, call or text 988, or contact an appropriate local emergency service.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Website content, program materials, worksheets, and frameworks are for personal use unless written permission authorizes another use. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share proprietary materials without permission.

12. SEPARATE COACHING AGREEMENT

Website acceptance does not replace the separate client coaching agreement and signature process. If a specific signed coaching agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the signed agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.

13. CHANGES AND CONTACT

Warrior's Edge may update these terms for future use. The version presented at enrollment governs that enrollment unless changed in writing or required by law. Questions: franklin@warriorsedgecoaching.com.
