Most veterans and service members don't struggle because they lack motivation. They struggle because they lost the system — the mission, the standards, the accountability — that structured life in uniform.

The Warrior's Edge Framework rebuilds that system. Every client is assessed across five areas — Mind, Body, Faith, Stewardship, Leadership — then builds one clear mission and operating rhythm around what matters most right now.

The Warrior Standard

Warrior's Edge exists to restore order, discipline, and identity in individuals who refuse to drift.

One framework. One mission at a time. Built by a veteran, for people who refuse to drift.

We believe most people do not fail because they lack faith, intelligence, or desire. They struggle because they lack consistent systems. Motivation fades. Emotions fluctuate. Discipline remains.

We believe discipline is not restriction—it is freedom. Structure creates clarity. Clarity builds confidence. Confidence develops leaders.

Everything we teach is grounded in a Christian worldview and strengthened by evidence-informed coaching and practical systems. We emphasize action over intention, stewardship over convenience, and lifelong growth over quick fixes.

We do not promise shortcuts.

We teach principles.

We build systems.

We develop people who can continue growing long after coaching ends.

Our Standard

  • Order creates peace.

  • Discipline builds authority.

  • Identity sustains momentum.

  • Capability is built—not inherited.

  • Leadership begins with leading yourself.

  • Faith is our foundation.

  • Service is our calling.

That is the Warrior Standard.

Meet Franklin

Army Veteran. Coach. Future Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Husband. Father.

Helping people become more capable through faith, discipline, and practical systems.

I know what it's like to lose your mission the moment the structure disappears.

My journey has taken me from serving as an Infantryman and Army Recruiter to pursuing a career in clinical mental health counseling. Along the way, I've experienced firsthand the challenges of transition, identity, leadership, and rebuilding life with purpose.

Those experiences taught me something I couldn't learn from a textbook:

Real transformation doesn't happen through motivation alone.

It happens through discipline, intentional habits, and a foundation that can withstand life's challenges.

That realization led me to create Warrior's Edge.

Today, my mission is to help veterans and service members build the structure back into their lives — strengthening Mind, Body, Faith, Stewardship, and Leadership through practical, faith-centered coaching.

Whether someone is navigating a career transition, striving to improve their health, strengthening their faith, or pursuing greater purpose, my goal is to equip them with tools that create lasting change — not temporary motivation.

Because I believe capable people build stronger families, healthier communities, and better leaders.
